Yoga classes in MAE’ are conducted in its dynamic version – ASHTANGA Yoga, which is the essence of the connection between the technique of breathing and movement.

The word ASHTANGA means „eight yoga segments,” including Asanas, or practices of classic yoga positions, but also Pranayama – breath control, Pratyahara – sense control, Dharana – concentration, or Dhyana – meditation.

You can achieve clearly better condition of your body, as well as strength and concentration of your mind by practicing ASHTANGA Yoga.

Pilates is a system of exercises which harmoniously combines working on body and mind. This is a training in which we build up our „powerhouse” through strengthening muscles of the abdomen, buttocks and back. We work in symmetrical positioning and stretch the body, through which we gain flexibility, slender figure and beautiful posture.

There are a lot of enthusiasts of Pilates amongst professional athletes, celebrities, young mothers, as well as all those who experience back pain due to sedentary lifestyle or extra kilograms.

MAÉ Institute offers individual and group sessions, conducted in classic sequence, which guarantees the fastest and best results.

These sessions are inspired by ballet classes and focus on sculpting a slender figure and working on posture. In MAÉ Institute we exercise at the barre and on the mat at a faster pace, which improves condition and burns calories.

The aim of BARRE practice is primarily strengthening muscles of the abdomen, back, legs and buttocks, as well as subtle toning of muscles of the arms. After only a few weeks, You will see how your body gets gradually more stretched and takes on beautiful elongated shape.

BodyArt is a kind of isometric training, consisting of longer stops in a given position and many of them require increased balance, so that attention is focused on the center of the body (abdominal and pelvic floor muscles).

BodyArt can be practiced by everyone and at any age, whether pregnant women, people with spinal disorders or 65 years old. It happens very often, that migraines or joint and spine aches are cured by this exercise. Increased body awareness and conscious breathing bring relaxation to the body during and after exercise.

Each exercise is combined with breathing and concentration and is carried out slowly enough to give the body enough time to calm down after negative muscle tension. Each exercise and each position complement each other.

Additionally, BodyArt helps to slim the body and lose weight.
